/KASE, July 19, 2022/ – KM GOLD JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 12, 2022, A.
Nurushev was elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KM GOLD JSC
consists of three people: A. Nurushev, T. Irsaliev, Y. Raimbekov.
