/KASE, July 15, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the cancellation of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders scheduled for July 7, 2022, "due to the absence of the need to
consider the issue included in the agenda of the said extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of SB Sberbank JSC".
