decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the

in the category "commercial bonds" of KASE official list's main market:

9.50% per annum; 30/360);
3) KZ2C00008696 (KFUSb39; KZT1,000, KZT40bn; 360 days; annual coupon,
9.50% per annum; 30/360);
4) KZ2C00008704 (KFUSb40; KZT1,000, KZT40bn; 360 days; annual coupon,
9.50% per annum; 30/360);
5) KZ2C00008712 (KFUSb41; KZT1,000, KZT40bn; 360 days; annual coupon,
9.50% per annum; 30/360);
6) KZ2C00008720 (KFUSb42; KZT1,000, KZT40bn; 360 days; annual coupon,
9.50% per annum; 30/360);
7) KZ2C00008738 (KFUSb43; KZT1,000, KZT40bn; 360 days; annual coupon,

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is July 14, 2022.
