/KASE, July 14, 2022/ – Kazakhmys Copper JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 7, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to spend the company's net income for 2021 in the amount of
KZT1,742,811,640.00 on payment of dividends on the company's ordinary
shares;
- to determine the amount of dividend on ordinary shares for 2021 – KZT0.05
per share.
