oil and gas company engaged in the production, development and exploration of
oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that with effect from 13 July
2022 Mr Martin Cocker, an independent non-executive director, replaces Sir
Christopher Codrington, Bt. as chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board.
Sir Christopher Codrington, Bt. continues as a member of the Audit Committee and
as chairman of the Nomination & Governance Committee of the Board.
This change has been made to better distribute committee chair responsibilities
amongst the Board’s independent non-executive directors.
