Ordinary shares KZ1C00014513 (AGRC) of Akbakai Gold Resources passed listing procedure on KASE in "shares" sector of alternative market

/KASE, July 13, 2022/ – On July 13, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include ordinary shares KZ1C00014513 of Akbakai Gold Resources JSC (Almaty) in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative site. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on state registration of the issue of authorized shares dated January 17, 2022, the issue of shares of Akbakai Gold Resources JSC is divided into 100,000,000 ordinary shares. Financial advisor of Akbakai Gold Resources JSC is SkyBridge Invest JSC (Almaty). These shares have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) AGRC.
