/KASE, July 11, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE informed KASE that Y. Tenizbayev was excluded from the bank's
Board of Directors on his own initiative.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary
Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of five persons: N. Avdeenko, A.
Yelemessov, T. Kozintsev, M. Madiyev, M. Moshiashvili.
