/KASE, July 11, 2022/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 7, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:
- removed: A. Naumov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: G. Yermekov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Eurasian
Bank JSC consists of seven people: V. Morozov, I. Belokhvostikov, S.
Bekbosunov, N. Druzhinina, Y. Kappar, G. Yermekov, L. Satieva.
