/KASE, July 8, 2022/ – KazAzot JSC (Aktau), whose shares are on the official
list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE of the decisions of the
extraordinary general Meeting of shareholders held on July 7, 2022.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- distribute the net income of the company in the amount of KZT
17,750,602,363. 86 as follows:
- 10,000,000,000 tenge to be allocated for the payment of dividends on
common shares by the end of 2021;
- 7,750,602,363.86 tenge to leave at the disposal of the company.
