/KASE, July 7, 2022/ – Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
listed on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE
of the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 31, 2022.
The sole shareholder, inter alia, adopted the following decisions:
- approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- to retain the company's net income for 2021 in the amount of KZT
5,038,764,000;
- not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2021.
