/KASE, July 7, 2022/ – As previously reported, an initial public offering of
international bonds XS2497626957 of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development through subscription is being held today in the trading system of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE or the Exchange).
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter - the
Seller) acts as a seller while conducting subscription on the mentioned bonds.
Nominal amount of bonds to be placed - 47,000,000,000 tenge.
The aggregate nominal amount of the bonds to be offered is provisional and
subject to change upon notification to the initiator of the subscription.
According to the information provided by the Seller, the circulation period of
these bonds is three years.
The subscription on the mentioned international bonds is conducted for the
purpose of determining the fixed margin, which is a component of the coupon
rate. The amount of fixed margin is indicated with the accuracy of two decimal
places.
The number of financial instruments in the bid must be a nominal volume in
tenge. Lot equals 1 tenge.
Subscription applications will be accepted on July 7, 2022 from 09:30 to 12:00
noon. Nur-Sultan. Limited and market bids will be accepted as part of the
subscription.
The date of submission to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is July 7, 2022; the date of submission to the Exchange by the Seller
of the register of orders satisfied is July 7, 2022; the date of settlement is
July 11, 2022. Settlement is carried out by the Central Securities Depository
JSC.
Applications for subscription are submitted to the Exchange only through KASE

Under the terms of this subscription, the surname, first name, patronymic (if
any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity shall be provided as
additional information on the investor disclosed to the Seller of these bonds.
