/KASE, July 5, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that from
July 7, 2022, the following information on common shares US0231351067
(sector "KASE Global", AMZN_KZ) will be changed in the trading system and
databases of KASE Amazon.com, Inc. (USA) in connection with the conducted
split with a 20 to 1 ratio:
- number of declared common shares from 507,147,620 to 10,174,409,620;
- number of outstanding common shares from 436,058,372 to 8,865,075,018.
From July 7, 2022, trading in these shares, which have been suspended since
May 25, 2022, will be resumed on KASE.
