/KASE, July 4, 2022/ – JSC Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe), whose
shares are listed on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE of the decisions of its annual general meeting of shareholders
held on June 29, 2022.
The shareholders, among others, adopted the following decisions:
- approve the company's annual financial statements for 2021;
- pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company in the amount of 351.66
tenge per share for a total amount of 211,000,000.00 tenge.
