/KASE, July 4, 2022/ – ForteBank JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are listed
on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE of the
decision of the Board of Directors dated 30 June 2022 to change the composition
of the Management Board of the bank:
- excluded: Rubenis Reinis - Chairman of the Board, Nurumbet Sh.M. - Deputy
Chairman of the Board, Pirmatov B.O. - Deputy Chairman of the Board (July
15, 2022);
- elected Pirmatov B.O. - Acting Chairman of the Board (from July 18, 2022).
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of ForteBank
consists of five persons: B.O. Pirmatov, A.B. Auezkanov, G.T. Bisembiyeva, A.M.
Dykanbayeva, N.J. Sarsebekov.
