/KASE, July 1, 2022/ – Akzhal Gold Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
listed on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE
of the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 30, 2022:
- approve the audited financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the
company for the year 2021;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2021 due to its unavailability,
not to calculate and not to pay dividends on common shares for 2021.
