/KASE, June 27, 2022/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on June 24, 2022.
The shareholders, inter alia, made a decision on payment from June 24, 2022 of
dividends on common and preferred shares of the bank for 2021 at KZT2,900 per
share.
