/KASE, June 23, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Listing commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 22, 2022 made a decision to include
bonds KZ2C00008597 (KAFIpp2; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; date of the first successful
trades on placement of bonds – 30.04.25, semi-annual coupon, 13.00 % per annum;
30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan) in the "Private placement" market of
KASE official list .
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is June 23, 2022.
