KASE's Listing commission made decision to include bonds KZ2C00008597 (KAFIpp2) of KazAgroFinance in "Private placement" market of KASE official list

/KASE, June 23, 2022/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 22, 2022 made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00008597 (KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; date of the first successful trades on placement of bonds – 30.04.25, semi-annual coupon, 13.00 % per annum; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list. The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) KAFIpp2. More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-06-23]
