The Board of Directors of ForteBank announced the early resignation of Reinis
Rubenis from the post of Chairman of the Management Board as of July 15 due
to personal reasons. Reinis assumed the position of Chairman of the Management
Board of ForteBank on January 10, 2022 after five years of chairing the largest
Latvian bank Swedbank Latvia.
