/KASE, June 21, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 15, 2022,
the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board.
- A. Kairdenov - member of the Management Board;
- B. Zakirov – member of the Management Board;
- V. Lavrenov – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National
company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of eight people: M. Mirzagaliev, K. Iskaziyev,
D. Karabayev, D. Abdulgafarov, M. Munbayev, A. Kairdenov, B. Zakirov, V. Lavrenov.
