Nurbank OJSC (Kazakhstan) has signed agreement about borrowing of syndicated loan for $46.0 m

/KASE, November 4, 03/ - MONEY EXPERTS LLP (Almaty) - market-maker of privileged shares and bonds of Nurbank OJSC has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchage CJSC (KASE) the letter, which says that on October 30 of 2003 Nurbank OJSC signed agreement about syndicated loan in the amount of USD46.0 m. Total number of participants of the syndicate was 17 banks and investment companies. Largest banking holdings acted as the organizer of the borrowing - Citigroup (USA) and ING Bank N.V. (Kingdom of Netherlands), besides which following credit institutions also were included into the syndicate: Bayerische Hypo - und Vereisnbank AG (Germany), Rabobank (Kingdom of Netherlands), Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich (Austria), Bank of New York (USA), Dresdner Bank AG (Germany), Natexis Bangues Popularies (France) and other. Interest rate on the loan was LIBOR + 2.75% APR, term of the loan - 12 months with the option for prolonging for 12 months longer. [2003-11-04]
