/KASE, June 20, 2022/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC
(Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated
May 31, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2021;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income
for 2021 in the amount of 3,455,244,350.91 tenge:
- to allocate 2,418,671,045.64 tenge on payment of dividends;
- to retain 1,036,573,305.27 tenge at disposal of the company.
