/KASE, June 20, 2022/ – Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan
"Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty, headline – Halyk Finance), which is the management
company of interval unit investment trusts, whose units are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the
Board of Directors dated June 13, 2022, the following changes were made to the
company's Management Board:
- excluded: M. Ayukhanova – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: N. Jamysheva – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Halyk Finance,
a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, consists of three people:
F. Okhonov, R. Assilbekov, N. Jamysheva.
