/KASE, June 17, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that from June 13, 2022, it began to own a 49.5 % stake in
Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. LLP.
