officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following press release dated June 16, 2022:

In June, "MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP received 6 tranches under a line of credit from
"Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC for a total of KZT4.5 bn, for
subsequent financing of micro and small private businesses (Damu-Micro), thus
the entire amount of allocated funds was utilized.
We have been successfully cooperating with EDF Damu JSC for 6 years now.
During these years of cooperation, more than 5.5 billion tenge of funds were
spent on lending to about 2,000 MSME entities.
The purpose of financing is financial support for micro and small private
businesses, including individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without
registration as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with the legislation of
the Republic of Kazakhstan.
