/KASE, June 16, 2022/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by
a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 8, 2022, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company’s Management Board:
- excluded: D. Kenzhigarin – member of the Management Board;
- elected: A. Mayshin – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Shubarkol
komir JSC consists of five people: R. Ibragimov, S. Kim, A. Sabiganov, D.
Savina, A. Mayshin.
