/KASE, June 16, 2022/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of its
intention to pay from August 1, 2022 dividends on its common shares
KZ1C00008721 (KASE main market, category "standard", AAFD) for 2021 at
KZT44.00 per share for a total amount of KZT301,619,604.
According to the announcement, the list of shareholders entitled to receive
dividends will be compiled as of 00:00 o'clock on July 25, 2022.
