/IRBIS, November 3, 03/ - According to received additional data the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan (MOF) ended the period since October 27 till October 31 at GS primary market with the following parameters. The actual volume of repayment (including in advance) and servicing was equal to KZT7,126.9 m. and the issuer borrowed at one auction KZT3,360.5 m. Thus, the net borrowing balance of the Ministry of finance at domestic market is negative KZT3,766.4 m. Weekly net-borrowing balance of all GS issuers according to estimation of IRBIS totaled negative KZT5,579.7 m. [2003-11-03]
