/KASE, June 10, 2022/ – Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant JSC (East Kazakhstan region),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 31, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2021;
- to approve the auditor’s report on the company's annual financial statements
for 2021;
- to spend retained income for 2021 in the amount of KZT5,072,908,000:
- on payment of dividends to the sole shareholder in the amount of
KZT507,286,560;
- on development of production and financial and economic needs of the
company in the amount of KZT4,565,621,440.
