/KASE, June 10, 2022/ – Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 31, 2022, the following
persons were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- elected: D. Blieva
- removed: A. Ushbayev;
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of "Baiterek
Venture Fund" JSC consists of five people: K. Abuseitov, Zh. Kutbay, A.
Tazhikenov, A. Zhaksymbay, D. Blieva.
