/KASE, June 9, 2022/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 27, 2022 the
following changes were made to the composition of the company’s Board of
Directors:
- excluded: Kalman Shomodi – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- elected: Y. Lavrinenko – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of nine people: Y. Lavrinenko, Ulf Wokurka, N.
Baidauletov, Y. Berdigulov, G. Auganov, John McKay, N. Akhanzaripov, N.
Nurbayev, N. Sauranbayev.
