NC Kazakhstan temir zholy announces redemption of international bonds RU000A0JXS34 (TMJLe5) of KTZh Finance

/KASE, June 8, 2022/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Nur-Sultan) has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about the redemption on June 7, 2022 of international bonds RU000A0JXS34 (TMJLe5) of KTZh Finance LLC, within which the final 10th coupon interest on these bonds was paid. According to the said message, the total amount of payments on the said bonds amounted to 256,210,310.97 US dollars, including the principal debt (the total face value of the bonds) – 245,499,181.67 US dollars, the 10th coupon interest – 10,711,129.30 US dollars.
