/KASE, June 7, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 31, 2022
T. Kozintsev was elected as the Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of six people: T. Kozintsev, N. Avdeenko, A.
Yelemessov, M. Madiyev, M. Moshiashvili, Y. Tenizbayev.
