listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE on the
payment on May 31, 2022 of the second and third tranches of dividends on
ordinary shares KZ1C00000496 (KASE main market, "standard" category,
RGBR) for 2021 for a total amount of KZT805,000,000.
