/KASE, June 1, 2022/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision
of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 26, 2022, Ulf Wokurka – member
of the bank's Board of Directors, independent director, was excluded
from the composition of the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC
consists of four persons: R. Yerzhanova, A. Frolov, R. Kamaleev, E. Sarsenov.
