provided KASE with an auditor's report on the financial statements
of the company for 2021.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. According to the auditor's report, the financial
statements fairly reflect, in all material respects, the financial position of
Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO LLP as at 31 December 2021, as well as
its financial results and cash flows for the year, ended as of the specified
date, in accordance with IFRS.
