/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanay), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 30,
2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
- to approve the procedure for distributing net income for 2021 in the amount of
1,961,731,121 tenge:
- to spend part of the net income in the amount of KZT357,280,000 on
payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company;
- to retain the rest of the net income in the amount of KZT1,604,451,121.
Decisions on a total of seven issues on the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
