/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 19, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2021;
- to retain at disposal of the company the net income in the amount of
119,086,137,000 tenge, not to approve dividend for 2021 per ordinary share,
not to pay dividends.
