/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – Altyntau Kokshetau JSC (Akmola region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 30, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's 2021 annual financial statements with a net income
of USD366,312,000;
- to distribute net income in the form of dividends in the amount of
USD366,312,000.
