/KASE, June 2, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 26, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- to retain the company's net income for 2021 in the amount of 10,484,886,000
tenge at disposal of the company.
