/KASE, June 2, 2022/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 31, 2022.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for
2021;
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
- not to distribute dividends on ordinary shares for 2021, to retain the amount
of net income for 2021.
