/KASE, June 2, 2022/ – Batys transit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated May 27, 2022, K. Aitmukhametov was
elected a member of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Batys tranzit
JSC consists of three people: D. Mautkanov, K. Kaliev, K. Aitmukhametov.
