/KASE, June 2, 2022/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 27, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: A. Botabekov – member of the Board of Directors, R. Rakhimov –
member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: A. Akimbayeva – member of the Board of Directors, R. Anafiyanov –
member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Batys tranzit
JSC consists of five people: B. Nugymanov, O. Zhandosov, K. Ibragimov, A.
Akimbayeva, R. Anafiyanov.
