/KASE, May 31, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 17, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- excluded: A. Askarova – member of the Management Board;
- elected: N. Suleimenov – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of five people: Kh. Maksut, N. Suleimenov, A. Sissenov, Zh.
Jienbekov, A. Maliev.
