/KASE, May 31, 2022/ – Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on
May 26, 2022:
The shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2021. To take note
of the auditor's report for 2021;
- to take note of the financial result for 2021; neither accrue nor to pay
dividends for 2021; retain the 2021 net income for increasing the equity.
