/KASE, May 30, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 26, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income
for 2021 in the amount of KZT17,301,744,843.02:
- to distribute KZT12,111,221,390.11 as dividends;
- to retain the remaining amount of net income in the amount of
KZT5,190,523,452.91 at the disposal of the company.
