/KASE, May 30, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from May 30, 2022, trading in common shares US55261F1049 ("KASE Global" sector, MTB_KZ) of M&T Bank Corporation (USA) is suspended on KASE. At the same time, from May 30, 2022, trading in these shares on KASE will be suspended in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on June 1, 2022 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be June 1, 2022.
