report on the consolidated financial statements of the company for 2021.

The audit of the company's financial statements for 2021 was carried out by
Ernst and Young LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated
financial statements reliably reflect, in all material respects, the
consolidated financial position of Kazakhmys Copper JSC and its subsidiaries as
of 31 December 2021, as well as their consolidated financial results and
consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date, in
accordance with IFRS.
