/KASE, May 26, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

SB "Bank Home Credit" JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) informs you about the
changes in the composition of the Bank's shareholders. Thus, 75% of the Bank's
shares were purchased by the top management of the international investment
and financial corporation PPF, headed by Mr. Jiri Schmeits, the share of the
Russian "Home Credit and Finance Bank" LLC (Moscow, Russia) decreased
from 100% to 25%.
