/KASE, May 25, 2022/ – Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan) , whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 23, 2022, A. Yeralin
was elected a deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Baiterek
Venture Fund JSC consists of three people: Zh. Kutbai, Y. Kulazhanov, A.
Yeralin.
